•     Website hosting and analytics providers that support the operation and improvement of our online               services.

 

All third-party vendors are contractually obligated to protect your information, use it only for the purposes of providing services to TCTELA, and comply with applicable privacy and security standards.

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. For minors aged 13–17, parental or guardian oversight is required for participation in TCTELA activities.

 

TCTELA values the privacy and safety of minors. Our website, tctela.org, is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years old without verifiable parental consent.
